The Rawlinson Alumni Reunion concert will be held Tuesday, May 22 at 7:00 in the Clark HS auditorium.  Celebrating RMS 10yr anniversary.   Attire is spirit shirts and jeans.  If you are interested you must RSVP.  There are no rehearsals due to Clark band trip.

We wanted to let you know about a stuffed animal drive that will benefit the UT Health Science Center’s Division of Trauma and Emergency Surgery.  This division is the only Level 1 trauma center in the region that provides care for both children and adults as well as the only pediatric burn center in South Texas.

In 2008, the surgery department created a program to collect stuffed animals to distribute to pediatric patients upon arrival to their trauma resuscitation room.  This simple gesture enables the child to refocus their attention onto a more pleasant subject while the surgeons work to remedy their injuries.  The Trauma Toy Chest has become a UT Health Science Center and city-wide initiative, so we wanted to support their efforts by collecting stuffed animals for these patients.  Please note that due to sanitary concerns, they will only accept new stuffed animals.
