The Cougar Band Banquet, themed "Starry,
Starry Night," will be held from 6:30
p.m. till midnight Friday, April 13, at
the Westin Riverwalk Hotel.
Dinner will be served promptly at 7 p.m.
Awards, skits and videos will follow,
along with a dance starting at about 9
p.m.
Tickets Dinner tickets will be sold
through
Monday, April 9, for $25 a plate. No
money will be accepted past
April 9.
As in
the past, seniors will need to buy a
ticket, but their money will be refunded
to them when they come to the
banquet. If they do not show up, the
money will not be refunded.
Menu
Dinner will include a choice of a
chicken entree or vegetarian entree:

Chicken entree: Caesar salad with
oven-roasted croutons and poblano caesar
dressing, an asiago-crusted chicken
breast with oregano tomato coulis,
angel hair pasta and julienne
vegetables.

Vegetarian entree: Penne pasta with
asparagus, oven dried tomatoes and wild
mushrooms covered in a roasted garlic
cream sauce with parmesan shavings and
seasonal vegetables.
Who can attend
This is an event for band and color
guard members only, so students are not
allowed to bring dates outside of the
band. Dress is semi-formal.
Parents
While parents are welcome to attend,
parents of seniors are given priority
for the dinner due to the limited number
of seats. All parents are welcome to
come for the activities after the
dinner.
Chaperones on hand
Upon arrival, all students will be
checked in and will not allowed to come
and go. Chaperones will be there to
supervise and will stay until all
students have left or been picked up by
parents.
