Report by Becky Plemons – President
Orders are being taken tonight for the CD’s at a cost of $10 each. One CD has all three UIL contest performances as well as this spring concert. The other has all this year’s pictures from the web site.  No orders will be taken after tonight. CDs will be delivered to students before the end of the school year. Picture CDs are available to take home tonight.

Committee chairs need to submit a year end report by May 31, 2005 summarizing the committee’s activities for the school year, highlighting any successes, lessons learned and/or opportunities for improvements.

The current financial report of the Band Boosters is attached to the agenda.  This is not a year end report as yet because our fiscal year ends May 31st.  The cash balances are $26,393.47 in the money market account and $5,206.45 in the checking account.

The Audit Committee has been formed and includes Mr. Woods, representing administration, Elaine Hutzler representing the General Membership and Mary Lee representing the Band Booster Board. The Treasurer must submit the records to the committee by June 1st. The Audit Committee submits its report to the Band Booster President by August 31. The President then provides copies to school administration and the band directors.

Becky thanked many individuals – the band directors, board members, committee chairs and all the Band Booster parents who volunteered for various activities. Becky complemented everyone on the great job they did and their positive attitudes.
