Pie and Cheesecake Sale

Campaign runs Oct. 19 - Nov. 2, 2005

For its second fall 2005 fundraiser, the Cougar Band has the opportunity to earn additional Band Bucks through a sale of Apple Baking Company's mouth-watering pies and creamy cheesecakes.

Information and order forms will be distributed to students on Wednesday, Oct. 19.

 Pies

Pies range in price from $10 to $13, and are available in eight luscious varieties:

Bake-and-Serve
  (double crust)
● Apple
● Strawberry Rhubarb
● Peach
● Cherry

Thaw-and-Serve
    (no baking)
● Pumpkin
● Lemon Meringue
● Pecan
● French Silk
 

Each pie is 10 inches in diameter and is delivered frozen. Pies may be kept frozen up to 6 months or refrigerated up to 4-5 days. 

Cheesecake

 The band is also selling Apple Baking Company's Cheesecakes and More including:

     ● New York Vanilla Cheese                           ● Lemon Bars
     ● Turtle Cheesecake                                   ● Carrot Cake
     ● Strawberry Swirl Cheesecake
     ● Silk Tuxedo Cheesecake


 Made from all-natural ingredients, the desserts may be refrigerated 3-5 days or frozen up to 90 days.

Sales Incentives
For each pie or cheesecake a student sells, 40% of the sale price will be credited to his or her Band Bucks account.

Students selling 10 or more pies or cheesecakes (any combination) will receive a free apple pie for every 10 sold.

 NEW! - BONUSES for Top Sellers

 For every 15 items a student sells from the Cookie Dough/Kringles Pastry Sale (Sept. 2 - 16) and the Pie and Cheesecake Sale, his or her name will be placed in a drawing for 2 FREE Spurs tickets!  Students do not have to participate in both sales to be eligible for the drawing.  

Orders Due Nov. 2

Orders and payments (checks made payable to Clark Band Boosters) are due by Wednesday, Nov. 2, and may be placed in the Band Boosters box in the band hall office.

Delivery of Orders

Pie and cheesecake orders will be distributed Wednesday, Nov. 16, after school in the band hall. Please make arrangements to pick up your orders at this time, as refrigeration is not available for storage.
