The 2005 Northside Independent School District (NISD) Pre-UIL
Marching Band Spectacular is scheduled
for Monday, Oct. 3, at Dub
Farris Stadium.
Cougar Band schedule is
as follows:

4:00 p.m.

Run-through
-
4:30 - 5:15 p.m.
−
Dinner on your own
-
5:15 p.m. - Dress
-
5:45-6:00 p.m. - Depart
for stadium
-
6:30 p.m. (approx.) -
Arrive at stadium, watch bands perform

8:35 p.m. - Perform
-
9:30 p.m. - Return to
Clark
This annual event gives
all NISD high school marching bands the opportunity to perform
and obtain critiques from experienced judges. These critiques
provide the bands with feedback about their performance
strengths and weaknesses to help the bands fine tune their shows
for the annual UIL Marching Contest.
Bands from NISD's middle
schools will provide musical entertainment in the stands between
high school marching performances.
The event is free and open to the
public. Cougar Band
parents, families, and friends are encouraged to attend to
support the Cougar Band and all of the NISD high
school bands.
