The deadline to sign up for
the Washington, D.C. trip was December 10, 2004.

The cost for the
Cougar Band's spring
trip to Washington, D.C., is $845
per student.
Payment Schedule
Students who plan to make
the trip are required to make the following installment
payments by the dates noted:

Cash or checks (payable to Clark Band Boosters)
accepted. The full trip cost may be paid in full at any
time before March 11, 2005.
Note: Absolutely no refunds
after March 11, 2005.
Trip Costs vs. Band Bucks
The cost of the Washington trip is above and beyond the $225
Band Bucks
requirement. Band Bucks payments must continue on schedule
while trip payments are being made, and every student
going on the trip must have paid their $225 Band Bucks
obligation in full, as well as the full cost of the trip, before departure.
Numerous fundraisers
throughout the year allow students to raise additional
Band Bucks funds to offset the cost of their trip. Any
Band Bucks funds raised by a student through fundraisers
will be applied to the last trip payment (or payments,
depending on the amount of trip funds in the student's
Band Bucks account).

Band Bucks balance, including trip funds, at any time, send an email to Clark
