Welcome to Cougar Band! Every year we have to get all our information updated and forms signed. This page will give you what you need to be ready to rock and roll. Use this list to keep track:
- Complete the contact information update form (on this page)
- Complete the Parental Permission form (on this page)
- Complete the UIL permission form (on this page)
- Complete the Band Handbook acknowledgement form (on this page)
- Complete the Band Fees agreement form (on this page)
- Complete the meal selection form (on this page)
- Get your student a physical exam w/ the Physical Exam Form (on this page)
- Complete the background check form if you’re a volunteering (on this page)
- Pay your band fees in CutTime! (you should get a text with a special CutTime link for each of your students)
